Natalie Bruhn brings more than ten years of experience to mIT solutions. As a trainer and liaison between sales and technical support, she assists customers with dedication, expertise, and team spirit. She works flexibly, with commitment, and in a solution-oriented manner.

Lennart Klostermann develops creative solutions for complex customer requirements related to EcholoN. Working independently, with strong technical expertise, and in close collaboration with the development team and customers, he ensures tailored results through his team spirit and enthusiasm.

Sandra Effenberger

Sandra Effenberger coordinates projects. She knows that it’s not about talking a lot, but about saying the right thing at the right time. She keeps everything on track, stays calm when things get complicated, and makes sure everyone stays focused on a common goal.

This is how we work

We are a team of about 50 people: developers, consultants, coordinators, and sales representatives. Everyone takes responsibility for their work, and everyone has a say in shaping our company. For us, flat hierarchies aren’t just a concept on an organizational chart—they’re a way of life.

Continuing education is an integral part of our work, whether through internal projects or our partnership with Wedel University of Applied Sciences.
