Software Developer – Specializing in Web Development / Full-Stack

You’ll actively contribute to the development of our software solution EcholoN , an established platform for service and process management that is used daily by companies.

With us, you won’t be working on isolated features; instead, you’ll play a direct role in shaping functions, architecture, and further development—as part of a small team with quick decision-making processes.

What you'll be doing with us

  • Development and enhancement of our software solution EcholoN
  • Implementation of new features in the frontend and/or backend
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and technical standards
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality
  • Working closely with product management, support, and other developers
  • Analyzing and fixing bugs, as well as continuously optimizing existing features

Technologies & Setup

  • Web-based application (front-end & back-end)
  • Typical tech stack (depending on focus): .NET / PHP, JavaScript, REST APIs
  • Version control with Git
  • Structured development processes, including code reviews

What We Expect From You

  • Experience in software development (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
  • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., .NET, PHP, or JavaScript)
  • Understanding of clean software architecture and maintainable code
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward on your own
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with existing systems and further develop them

Optional (not required)

  • Experience with web applications or SaaS products
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks
